By placing an order with Costume Party Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion. You will be notified promptly if this occurs and any payment taken will be refunded.

Handmade items

All items are handmade and may have slight variations from the images shown. This is part of the unique, handcrafted nature of my products.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Costume Party Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made to order, custom-made or personalised items that have been made to your specifications.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and in sealed packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once I receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, I will process your refund within 14 days.
